In these terms of use, the terms “us”, “our” or “we” refer to Pick A Tradie, “Information” refers to information contained in, or accessed through, this website, and the terms “you” and “your” refer to the user and/or viewer of this website or the Information.

Use of the Site by you

By accessing or using this website or the Information you agree to these terms of use.  You are responsible for all equipment and software used to access the Site.

Yearly Fee

Your account will be debited the fee you have chosen.  To cancel please give one month's notice to Pick A Tradie via admin@pickatradie.com.au.  Your listing will then be taken down from the website, the facebook page and any other links where you have been listed.  Should payment not go through for the month, you will have 5 working days to ensure that it does or if there is a problem please contact us at admin@pickatradie.com.au as the site will be deemed not paid for and the same conditions will apply as if you have cancelled your service.

Your yearly Exclusive fee is $365 excluding GST

Your website fee is $997 excluding GST

Your credit card will be automatically debited from the time of joining. Should you wish to cancel your service, 30 days’ notice is required.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

Pick A Tradie may revise and update these terms of use at any time in its absolute discretion and without notice to you.  These changes will be published on the site. These terms and conditions apply exclusively to your access to, and use of, this Site and do not alter in any way the terms or conditions of any other agreement you may have with Pick A Tradie for products, services or otherwise.

Modification to the Information

All Information may be changed, supplemented, deleted or updated without notice to you and at the sole discretion of Pick A Tradie.

Errors and Problems

Pick A Tradie and service providers does not guarantee that this website will be free from viruses, error free, or that access to this website will be uninterrupted, terminated or delayed due to the nature of the internet and mobile phone communications.

Pick A Tradie and service providers accepts no liability for any interference with, or damage to, your computer system, software or data lost occurring in connection with this website.  The compatibility of this Site is not guaranteed for all software or hardware of users.

Website Payments

If any credit card payments are made on the Site, those payments are processed by an independent third party service provider. If you wish to obtain further information about the provider, then contact Pick A Tradie in accordance with the Privacy Statement.

To the extent permitted by law, Pick A Tradie excludes all liability in relation to those payments and the services provided by that third party.

Cancellations

You the client may cancel your subscription without reason by written notice to Pick A Tradie.  Upon receipt of such notice Pick A Tradie shall cease recurring payments.  Upon receipt of a cancellation notice or otherwise upon the expiry or termination of this agreement Pick A Tradie will be entitled to delete and not retain any records, data, programs or other content.  Should you wish to take up listing another yearly fee will be charged.

Username and Password

It is your responsibility to keep any login or password you are provided with (if any) safe and secure. If there is any activity undertaken with your login details then you are responsible. If you think that your details may have been used by someone else then you must notify Pick A Tradie as soon as possible. You must also change your password immediately. You agree to indemnify Pick A Tradie against any and all claims arising out of your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your username and password.

User Conduct

In using this Site, you agree:

1. not to disrupt or interfere with the security of, or otherwise abuse, the Site, or any services, system resources, accounts, servers or networks connected to or accessible through the Site or affiliated or linked websites;
2. not to disrupt or interfere with any other user's enjoyment of the Site or affiliated or linked websites;
3. not to upload, post or otherwise transmit through or on this Site any viruses or other harmful, disruptive or destructive files;
4. not to use or attempt to use another's account, service or system without authorization from Home Building Central, or create or use a false identity on this Site;

All Pick A Tradie communications contain an unsubscribe option.

Limitation of Liability and Indemnity

The information is for general purposes only.  Whilst we have taken reasonable steps to ensure the accuracy of the information and this website, Pick A Tradie disclaims all representation and warranties regarding the regarding the currency, accuracy, reliability, completeness, security, availability or timeliness of the content, information or services provided by this website and the Information.  You acknowledge that your use of this website and any Information is entirely at your own risk.

Submissions

You agree that any materials, including but not limited to questions, comments, suggestions, ideas, plans, notes, drawings, original or creative materials or other information, provided by you in the form of email or submissions to Pick A Tradie, or postings on this Site, are not confidential and shall become the sole property of Pick A Tradie. Pick A Tradie shall own exclusive rights, including all intellectual property rights, and shall be entitled to the unrestricted use of these materials for any purpose, commercial or otherwise, without acknowledgment or compensation to you. The submission of any materials to Pick A Tradie, including the posting of materials to any forum or interactive area, irrevocably waives any and all "moral rights" in such materials, including the rights of paternity and integrity.

Termination

Notwithstanding any of these terms and conditions, Pick A Tradie reserves the right, without notice and in its sole discretion, to terminate your license to use this Site, and to block or prevent future access to and use of this Site.  Pick A Tradie reserves the right to disable your access to the Site for any breaches of the Terms and Conditions without the need to provide reasons.

Waiver

Failure or neglect by Pick A Tradie to enforce any of these Terms and Conditions shall not be construed or deemed to be a waiver of the rights of Pick A Tradie.

Jurisdiction

The Australian section of this website is provided for use only by Australian residents. The law applicable to use of the Australian section and to disputes arising out of any use of the Australian section is the law of Queensland. The International section is provided for use by residents of any country in the world but to the fullest extent permitted by law, the law applicable to use of the International Section and to disputes arising out of any use of the International section is the laws of Queensland, Australia.
